By creating an account or using PodSlice, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

PodSlice provides AI-powered audio processing and clip generation services. We use third-party AI models (like OpenAI) to process your content. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy in transcripts or AI-generated clips.

3. Subscriptions & Refunds

• Billing: You agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen subscription plan via Stripe.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Access continues until the end of the billing cycle.
• Refunds: Due to the high cost of GPU processing, we do not generally offer refunds for partial months, but we review requests on a case-by-case basis.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all files you upload. By uploading, you grant PodSlice a temporary license to process, modify, and store these files solely for the purpose of generating your clips. We are not responsible for any copyright infringements in content you upload.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use PodSlice to upload illegal, hateful, or explicit content. We reserve the right to ban any user found violating these terms without refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

PodSlice is provided "as is." We are not liable for any data loss, service interruptions, or damages resulting from the use of our AI tools.
